Red Light Method’s 25-minute Group Power Plate Classes are All Levels and are offered 5 minutes after the hour, and 35 minutes after the hour every hour that Red Light Method is opened. Get your Red Light Therapy Treatment, then finish off with a Group Power Plate Class. Class Formats change each week, and all of Red Light Method’s Group Power Plate Classes are Taught by Allison Beardsley and Broadcast on a large TV in the Group Power Plate Room. Allison is a veteran in the Fitness Industry since the year 2000. Allison is the founder of Red Light Method, and the founder of the Club Pilates brand.

Experience our signature combination class, the FUSION METHOD class, this class will strengthen and lengthen your muscles in just 25-minutes. 25-minutes on the Power Plate is equivalent to a 75-minute workout since the Power Plate activates 137% more muscle fibers. FUSION METHOD is designed as an “All-levels,” or an “almost all-levels” full body workout using progressions and offering modifications to accommodate pretty much all levels; work as hard as you’d like, or take it easy. This class uses dumbbells, mats, rubber bands and other fun fitness toys along with the Power Plate. All classes are taught digitally by our founder Allison Beardsley, Allison has been in the fitness industry since the year 2000.

Pump up your muscles, and tone your whole body with STRENGTH METHOD, our full body weight training class that focuses 100% on weight training on the Power Plate. You can personalize this class to match your level of fitness by choosing light weights or not using weights, and by controlling the intensity of your Power Plate. This class is designed to be experienced after your 25-minute red light therapy treatment for best results.

This class is taught by our founder Allison Beardsley who also founded Club Pilates and is an expert in core-focused fitness. Work on balance, chizzle your core, and get centered with this almost all levels CORE METHOD class at Red Light Method! Massage, stretch, and soothe sore muscles with STRETCH METHOD, our most restorative and loving class. Are you feeling tight, or just want a more chill experience? STRETCH METHOD is for you! Stretch Method uses the Power Plate and other accessories like the foam roller, and rubber band to bring your flexibility to the next level. You will feel loose, limber, and like you just had a massage after your red light treatment and STRETCH METHOD!

The basics are the foundation of everything! BASIC METHOD is the perfect class to take if you want a chill-moderate workout, or if you are new to Red Light Method. We keep it simple in BASIC METHOD, and really focus on proper form and how to properly use the Power Plate. This class is basic, but it is also an effective and balanced full body workout. BASIC METHOD is a classic, no-nonsense, easy to follow full body workout, certain to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated and ready to take on the day!

Whole-body vibration (WBV) technology was first developed in the late half of the 20th century by scientist to help astronauts reduce bone density loss & atrophy of muscles or muscle loss in astronauts when in zero-gravity. The weight of gravity keeps a force on our bones, which keeps them strong.
