MEET THE FOUNDERS
Chris and Allison Beardsley have been married since 2006. They have two homeschooled kids, live on a farm in the Ozarks, and have been into health and fitness all their lives. Chris was a Marine Corp C-130 Pilot, former professional mountain biker, and the CFO of the first company the couple founded together in 2007, Club Pilates. Allison has been a Pilates instructor since 2000 and was the original founder, CEO, and curriculum developer of the brand Club Pilates.
Chris and Allison, make a great team as Allison has a lot of creative ideas and Chris helps turn them into reality. Allison discovered red light therapy in her 40s when she was looking for remedies for aging skin and dug into the research behind the treatment. After successfully reversing and minimizing her wrinkles naturally using the Omnilux red light therapy face mask, she moved on to Mito red light therapy panels to help her with muscle recovery and joint pain. Allison noticed huge improvements in her energy, joints, muscles, and overall well-being. When she discovered Contour Light and used the wraps to lose the stubborn pounds she gain in her 40s, she knew it was something she had to share with the world.
Normally, red light therapy body sculpting sessions are expensive making them unattainable for most people to do two to three times a week. Chris and Allison are striving to shift this with Red Light Method by providing affordable red light therapy body contouring sessions accessible to a wider audience.

Eric started his Fitness Business career in the Chicago fitness industry in 1996.
Over the last 28 years Eric has worked in just about every aspect of the fitness, health, and wellness industry, always on the revenue generating side. Eric has overseen revenue production in big box commercial gyms, high end personal training boutiques, corporate wellness, medically integrated and municipality-based fitness, recovery and pain management boutiques, as well as franchise and individually owned class-based boutique studios. In addition, since 2012 Eric has participated as a leader in a personal and professional coaching program helping people fulfill on what is important to them.
In the Summer of 2022 Eric made the choice to create Selling Wellness.

Since launching in October 2022 Selling Wellness has worked with over 140 fitness, health, and wellness business units across 22 different brands in the US and Australia. 100% of the businesses that work directly with Eric have seen an increase in revenue production. Most of these increases are seen within 90 days.

I have been with Red Light Method since the opening day of August 1st, 2022. I go to the same church as the Beardsleys and knew once they told me about the concept of Red Light, that I wanted to be a part of it! For the first year and a half I worked as a “wrapper” at the studio and loved every minute of it. I recently took the opportunity that Allison gave me to become the Director of Operations as we start to expand and franchise!

Dalton Kennerly
Chief Videographer
Dalton Kennerly is the founder and owner of Ghost Bunny Media in Northwest Arkansas. Dalton spent 7 years studying digital filmmaking at the University Of Central Arkansas. From there, he started his own multi-media business in 2020. Dalton has worked with numerous clients from around the world; from luxury resorts in Aruba and an upscale cave lodge featured on Netflix, to creating music videos for artists from all over the United States.
