Your experience begins in a peaceful, private spa room. You’ll relax on a massage table and press a call button when you’re ready. Our caring team will gently wrap your body in advanced red light therapy pads—delivering safe, soothing light directly to your skin.

These state-of-the-art pads target areas in need of healing or contouring—whether it’s for chronic pain, arthritis, inflammation, injury recovery, or stubborn fat. We use six full-body pads and a face/neck piece to help reduce double chins and improve skin tone.

Our Contour Light System is one of the very few FDA-cleared Class 2 Medical Devices in the U.S.—clinically proven to reduce inches, pain, and inflammation while improving circulation and overall well-being. We recommend coming to your session in a fasted state and avoiding eating for at least two hours before and after your session. This will help your body absorb all the goodness of the light.

Let Your Skin Absorb the Light

Clean, fresh skin is key. Please avoid wearing sunscreen or freshly applied lotion, as these can block the light from doing its magic.

Support Your Liver Naturally

Love your liver by drinking lemon water, dandelion tea, and milk thistle tea. These are wonderful for supporting your body’s detox process. And try to minimize alcohol and processed foods!

Eat Clean for Better Results

Drink half your bodies weight in ounces each day. We recommend fresh lemon juice in your water, and a pinch of celtic sea salt for maximum hydration. If you like spacy, you might enjoy a pinch of cayenne pepper in your water too.
