SCHEDULING + ACCOUNTABILITY
- Book sessions via our app (QR code in studio)
- Modify up to 2 hours before your session
- No-show and late cancel fees apply only without communication
Text, call, or email us if life happens — we get it. We just ask for respect so we can serve all members. Most places have a 24-hour cancellation policy, we have a 2-hour one. But just let us know whats up and we take care of our members the best we can!
MEMBERSHIP TERMS + PAUSE POLICY
- 3-month commitment memberships are available and 12-month options, the longer commitments have the BEST VALUE (membership goes into “ month to month evergreen status” after initial term until cancelled by member, this means they continue to bill every 4-weeks until written email communication happens. Please Email the location to cancel, Staff can not handle these requests in the studio.
- Sessions do not roll over (encourages consistency)
- Founding members: Cancel anytime with 30-day notice, there is no commitment, but you will lose your founding rate which is always a bummer.
- Standard members: 30-day written notice emailed to your studio location directly. We can only process cancellations via email- not in studio. Our Manager will call to see why you are cancelling and see if we can improve to better serve our future members.
- Early termination fee only applies to non founding members who break their commitment: $149.
- Month to month membership options also exist, but are higher priced. Most of our members do the 12-month commitment.
Pause Policy:
- You get 1 free pause per year (minimum of 1 month)
- Your second pause incurs a $15/month holding fee — but this is reimbursed towards your next payment when you return
- Maximum 2 pauses per year
Please note: All billing/admin requests must be sent via email. Studio staff cannot process account changes on-site. Please email Your Local studio directly. Our GM’s are very responsive.
